Services

Recover Revenue provides website, automation, customer communication, workflow, and revenue-operations services. Specific deliverables, pricing, timing, third-party costs, and launch requirements may be described in a proposal, checkout page, order form, or other written agreement.

Website previews and examples

A preview, mockup, audit, example, or demonstration is provided for evaluation and does not become a final production deliverable unless separately agreed. Availability, functionality, integrations, and final scope may differ from a preview.

Payments

Prices and payment terms are shown before purchase. Third-party usage fees, advertising spend, messaging charges, software subscriptions, or other provider costs are separate unless expressly included.

SMS terms

When you voluntarily opt in to a Recover Revenue SMS program, you agree to receive the categories of messages described at the point of opt-in. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to opt out of further SMS messages from that program. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may suspend or discontinue an SMS program at any time. Your mobile opt-in information and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity, or in a way that violates applicable platform, carrier, or third-party rules.

Third-party services

Our services may rely on third-party providers such as hosting, payment, communications, analytics, or automation platforms. Their availability, pricing, policies, and performance are outside our direct control.

No guaranteed results

We may provide estimates, recommendations, forecasts, or examples, but we do not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, rankings, response rates, conversion rates, or any other business result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recover Revenue will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of our services.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above indicates the latest version. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
